Another Work in Progress...

In the fall of 2019, I began work on a nameless piece for piano trio and alto or mezzo-soprano voice. I played this piece for my roommate, and because of a joke based on the main rhythmic motive in the piece, we came to know it as "bwomp". This piece features pop rhythms and modern language in combination with classical articulations and techniques. I am very close to having a version of this piece that people could play! This is very exciting, and I look forward to tying up some loose ends with the piece and having a playable version. I have attached a page from the score as a preview!
